This really is the last blog

Just had to share our Charles de Gaulle airport story. We had our escape plan to the airport from gray Paris organised with military precision, and all went to plan until we arrived at the airport, with 2000 other people. You can say anything about the French and it is probably all true. Wouldn't you think, as an airport, they would know how many people were going to need their passports stamped between 10 and noon? So wouldn't you think that they would have all officers on deck? Nuh! Just had a line all away around the circular airport. Fortunately we allowed 2 hours, thinking we would have a final croissant and coffee before departure. As. Was, we stood in a queue for 2 hours and 15 minutes, and then the flight was delayed because of the queues. It s a French word, after all.

Anyway, it hasn't affected our connecting flight, and here we sit at KL airport waiting for our last flight home. Must go before I fall asleep.
